What's New?
Fall 2008 additions:
Beautiful long-staple Navajo-Churro yarns from Vermont, in some unusual colors!
Lovely natural-color alpaca yarns from a local farm! Must be felt to be believed!
New Year; New Stuff
New Bartlettyarns!
To start the new year, we'll have a stock of new Bartlett colors - and a new DK yarn that ought to be great for socks. We'll be trying it out, and you can too!
New shop hours!
We're eliminating regular shop hours for the off-season. We'll return to them when the roads clear up and the weather warms!
Of course, we'll always be open anytime we're home! Please call ahead to be sure!

Naturally Fuzzy Yarns ...

The best selection anywhere of New England natural fiber yarns!

You're putting in the time, the effort, and the love to make a beautiful shawl, socks, or a sweater. What a shame to spoil your project with cheap yarn!
Our clearance bins are full of not-quite-good-enough-for-us yarn that's way better than the stuff you're getting at the craft store!

and Cottage Quilts ...

The only collection we know of for vintage quilting cottons: Our own Memere's Attic!*

This collection of brand-new fabric simply has to be seen!
* "Memere," pronounced "memmay," is a Franco-American term for a grandmother or elderly relative.
